Halloween Trick or Treat Punch

I’ve always been a huge fan of punch recipes. As a little girl I’d browse through antique stores looking for punch bowl sets - I thought they were the fanciest thing in the world. These days I try to include a punch recipe into any event that I can.

I’ve held on to this recipe for over a decade. This year the starts aligned and I finally found the perfect Pumpkin Shaped Punch bowl (making this recipe in a fancy etched glass bowl never seemed right to me) and found the most adorable, festive, disposable cups. I had our grandson over for an afternoon and we got to work. He’s only 3 but he loved helping Grandma make the punch. He loved taste testing it - and he really loved dipping his gummy worm in his cup. (He also loved selecting just the right cup)

This recipe is quick, easy, and so fun. It requires minimal ingredients and is perfect for all your Halloween festivities.

Recipe:
1 Can Pineapple Juice (shake well)
1 Container of Orange Sherbet (you can use 2 if you prefer) - softened
1 L Clear soda (Sprite or 7Up - I prefer diet for less sugar)
Gummy worms for garnish

Add pineapple juice to punch bowl. Scoop in softened orange sherbet. Stir. Add in 1 L of soda. Stir. Garnish with Gummy Worms on side of bowl. Ladle into festive Halloween Cups. Enjoy!!
